An attorney or paralegal using realtime litigation software, such as RealLegal Binder, Livenote, Summation, or Caseview, has instant access to the transcript, thus enabling on-the-fly highlighting, annotating, searching and copying of text.

Transcripts, corresponding digital exhibits, and video footage combined in a bundle. A Bundle is a cohesive presentation stored on a compact disc.

Exhibit Imaging
We can scan your paper exhibits and turn them into digital format, making handling, sharing and storing easier and more efficient. Paper documents can be scanned into PDF, JPEG or TIFF format for convenient storage on a CD or DVD.

We will prepare, serve your subpoenas, and provide proof of service. In Florida subpoenas are not normally filed with the court however we will be happy to file it if requested.

We will pick up records from any location and scan, make copies and deliver anywhere.

Confirmations
After scheduling a deposition you will receive an email confirmation no later than the next business morning. We will also telephone your office one business day before the deposition date to confirm with the scheduling party.
